1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kisa918 ("Platform", "us"). By browsing the kisa918 website, registering an account or using any of the products and services provided, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with the registration process.

kisa918 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of this agreement at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this agreement will always be available on the kisa918 website and will take effect as soon as it is published.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

kisa918 services are offered only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by individuals below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited. kisa918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including MyKad or other valid identification documents.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kisa918 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers or payment information, is a serious breach of these terms.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering a kisa918 account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. The information to be provided includes your full name, an active email address, mobile phone number and any other information requested by the platform. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without any compensation.

2.4 Territorial Restrictions

The kisa918 platform operates under international licensing and is offered to eligible players based on the regulations of their respective territories. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of kisa918 services does not violate the local laws applicable to them.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Limits

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 General Promotion Terms

6. Game Rules

All game results are final. Results recorded by the kisa918 system cannot be amended or voided at a member's request, except in cases of proven technical error verified by kisa918.

7. Fraud & Security

kisa918 operates a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation and system exploitation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate games or collude with other members to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these terms.

Activities considered fraudulent include but are not limited to:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of credit cards or payment methods that do not belong to the member without the actual owner's authorisation.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus or promotion system.
• Sharing an account with another individual for the purpose of gaining an advantage in games.
• Use of a VPN or other methods to conceal one's true identity or location.

kisa918 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account in question.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting kisa918 customer service via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must first be fulfilled. Any remaining balance after the settlement process will be returned to the member.

8.2 Closure by Platform

kisa918 reserves the right to close or suspend any account immediately and without prior notice if a member is found to have breached these terms and conditions, engaged in fraud, provided false information during registration, or been involved in activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

For members who need a break from gambling, kisa918 provides a self-exclusion option for either a limited period or permanently. 9. Limitation of Liability

kisa918's total liability to a member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licence under which the kisa918 platform operates. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to ensure this agreement remains in full force and binding as a whole.

The Malay language version of these terms and conditions is the official version. Should there be any inconsistency between different language versions, the Malay version shall be the definitive reference.
